Returns & exchanges

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any sign of wears other than for trying on purposes and you may not be eligible for a refund. We do not accept returns of underwear and socks. 

HOW TO RETURN:
To start a return, you can contact us at support@vikiin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Return Conditions
Whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a legal duty to take reasonable care of the items. All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means the product and its packaging, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of monies refunded (up to the value of the contract price) where the value of the goods are diminished from your handling of the goods which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We shall evaluate the condition of the product by considering if your handling goes beyond that which might reasonably be allowed in a shop and the general wear of the product. If we have to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by email or by post to the address you provide to us when ordering the products.

Received a faulty item?
We are sorry that you received a faulty item!
It may not be necessary for you to process a return as it could slow things down. Please get in touch with our customer support team first by sending an email to support@vikiin.com and provide photo evidence of the fault and your order number and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

 

Refunds
Any refund made will be made on the credit card or debit card used at the time of ordering the products. Refunds will usually be processed within five (5) working days of products being received back. If the product is faulty or not as described, your legal rights are not affected by the above returns policy. Please say if you consider the products are faulty or not as described. See below for faulty products.

You have 7 days from delivery date to claim faulty items under marks or stains. Any reported cases after this date cannot be claimed as manufacturing errors.
